Full Facility Rental

Includes access to all studio spaces and common areas. Perfect for concerts, workshops, pop-up events, or larger gatherings that require multiple rooms.

Rate: $50/hour

Monthly Artist Access

Need ongoing access to create or rehearse? Our Artist Access Membership offers keyed entry to the building and flexible use of our spaces during non-programming hours. Perfect for artists, instructors, and creatives who need consistent space without the hourly cost. Quiet hours are observed overnight.

Our Spaces

Dance Studio & Rehearsal Space

• Size: Approx. 20’ x 35’

• Includes a full wall of mirrors, sound system, and open floor space for dance, movement, or group rehearsals. Optional access to an adjacent band room with keyboard, drum set, amps, and basic studio features.

• Rate: $15/hour

Studio A – Recording Studio

• Size: Approx. 12’ x 12’

• Designed for vocal and instrumental recording projects. Basic recording setup available; bring your own gear or ask us about available equipment.

• Rate: $10/hour

Studio B & Studio C – Practice Rooms

• Size: Approx. 10’ x 10’ each

• Perfect for one-on-one lessons, quiet practice, or small group rehearsals.

• Rate: $5/hour per room

Large Band Room

• Size: Approx. 20’ x 25’

• Ideal for full band rehearsals or small ensemble gatherings. Drum kit, amps, and PA system available upon request.

• Rate: $25/hour
