We Need Help
Would you prayerfully consider how you could be of help to the CollECtive Arts ministries? Volunteers are needed in the following ways:
1
Book Keeper
Work with quickbooks online software to correctly file sales receipts and expense receipts, with categorical descriptions from our online accounts.
1-2 hrs per week.
2
Hospitality
Be a host for one of our ongoing week-night programs, open community hours, or special events. Greet people and engage in "the ministry of conversation" looking for ways to encourage or pray for people as the Spirit leads. Also, engage with walk-ins to explain the organization, programming, and appropriate ways to get involved.
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly opportunities available
3
Sound Tech
Run sound for one of our special events or special program nights. Train students and other community members to learn how to do it as well (this is a learning environment!).
Per event basis; 1-2 times per month
4
Meal Provider
Provide a meal to our Thursday night teenage program, "The Jam". Currently there are 10-20 participants. Cook it yourself and bring it in or pay for a delivered meal. If you desire, stick around and chat over dinner! Stay for our closing worship song. Meals start around 6:30pm, plates, cups, silverware and bowls are provided.
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly opportunities available
5
Care "Bearers"
Write encouraging letters and organize care packages and meal-trains to CollECtive Arts community members and families who are recovering from a difficulty, or who are celebrating a big life event.
Occasional
6
Catalogue and Organize
Help our new Community and Volunteer manager to organize our space in a way that everyone can understand. Help document and catalogue our music instrument library and other donations to be made viewable and available for the public.
Per project basis
7
Studio Engineer or Producer
Help during our community hours with youth or other community members who want to record, but have no idea what they are doing.
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly opportunities available
8
Street Team
Meet and greet business owners and people abroad as you help put up posters and distribute fliers for events!
Per event; 2-3 hrs
9
Photography and/or Videography
Help us capture the CollECtive Arts moments and share our story with great video and photos.
